CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION.
Our commitment is to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Usually your order will be entered, completed, and processed for delivery within 24 hours of receipt. However, due to high sales volume, worker shortages, and other unforeseen problems, we must be allowed up to 72 hours to ship your product. We always send you an E-mail confirming the status of your order. Orders received before noon eastern time (New York) are generally processed for delivery that day. Orders received after noon or on a weekend usually will go out the next business day unless some special arrangements for overnight or weekend delivery are made. Once your order has shipped, we will send an email notification to you that will include a delivery tracking number. You can track your orders online.

Within the United States, we give you the option to select Ground shipping or Air delivery. This way you will know your total cost before you place your order. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you automatically after you have entered your shipping address on the order form. Please note, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.

We use Microsoft E-Commerce servers’ secure sockets layer (SSL) to protect your credit card information during transactions. Your credit card will only be billed when items are shipped. AND REST ASSURED, WE DO NOT SELL ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US TO ANY THIRD PARTIES.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have received many emails from customers outside of the USA wishing to purchase our products. We are eager to help everyone have access to our unique scientifically-based products. We are now providing global fulfillment for our products WITH THE FULL DISCLOSURE that tariffs and customs agents can be unpredictable. We will ship the product and provide you with tracking information, depending on your choice of shipping: Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), or the United States Postal Service (USPS). We cannot be responsible for the possible inappropriate seizure of your purchase at your country’s customs office.

With over 190 countries on earth, and many of these countries with substantial customs regulations regarding various natural products. If you order the product, then you take the risk of your order being seized by your customs officials, and you will still be billed for the product. We encourage you to know your country’s import laws to be sure that your purchase will arrive at your doorstep and not get “hung up” at customs. Thank you for your business!
